Where are sessions held?
I offer sessions throughout El Paso and Las Cruces, NM, with a service radius of approximately 30–50 miles. I’m always open to location suggestions! Please note that locations outside this radius may require an additional travel fee.
What should I wear?
Once your session is booked, we’ll chat about your vision, location, and overall goal. I’ll gladly offer outfit suggestions and guidance to ensure everything feels cohesive, natural, and aligned with your session style.
How long is the session?
Session length varies depending on the package selected. Each package includes a clearly outlined timeframe to ensure we have the right amount of time to capture your story comfortably and intentionally.
Do you photograph small events?
Yes! I offer coverage for small events such as baby showers, engagement parties, and similar gatherings. Event bookings require a 2-hour minimum to ensure meaningful coverage of key moments and candid interactions. This package will be coming soon!
Can I receive the unedited or RAW images?
No, I do not release RAW or unedited images under any circumstances. Each gallery is carefully curated and professionally edited to reflect my artistic style and quality standards. Only fully edited images are delivered, ensuring your final gallery is cohesive and polished.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. This deposit is applied toward your total session cost. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session (see pricing page for full details).
What happens in the case of unexpected weather?
If weather or circumstances beyond our control affect your session, I will gladly reschedule. Your deposit will be applied to the new session date so we can ensure the best possible experience.
Can additional people join the session if they weren’t included at booking?
To ensure a smooth and intentional experience, all participants must be disclosed at the time of booking. Additional people are not permitted to join the session unless previously discussed and approved. This helps me properly plan timing, posing, and overall session flow.
Booking
I post my availability one month in advance, and sessions can only be booked on the dates listed. For the best outdoor lighting and photo quality, I recommend scheduling in the afternoon–evening or early morning hours.
I’m flexible and willing to work with clients who prefer a different time; just let me know what works best for you and we’ll find a good fit.
All bookings are made through my website. Once we confirm your date and time and your deposit has been sent, your session will be officially secured.

Deposit & Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit is taken from the total cost of your session.
I accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay for all payments.
The non-refundable deposit helps protect my time and covers the prep work that goes into every session, including planning, location guidance, gear setup, and communication. While photography is something I genuinely love, I am also building a business, and my time and preparation hold value.
If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will roll over to the new date. The deposit remains non-refundable, but it will always be applied to your rescheduled session.
Your session is officially booked once the date, time, and deposit are confirmed.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me 24–48 hours in advance. Your original non-refundable deposit will transfer to your new date, as long as proper notice is given.
Please keep in mind that rescheduling with enough notice is respectful of my time, planning, and the work that goes into preparing for your session.
After a second cancellation (not related to weather or legitimate unforeseen circumstances), your deposit will be forfeited, and I will not be able to book future sessions with you. This policy helps protect my schedule and ensures fairness to all clients.
Editing Style
I am a lifestyle and portrait photographer, and my style continues to grow as I do. I enjoy experimenting with different creative approaches, but overall, my editing has remained consistent, clean, and true to my aesthetic.
I always recommend taking a look at my recent work to make sure my style matches what you’re looking for. Every session is edited with care and intention, and while I’m open to trying new ideas, I stay true to the look and feel that represents my work.
To maintain the integrity of my work and ensure a comfortable, authentic experience, here are a few things I do not offer:
Heavy retouching
Unrealistic body edits
Newborn sessions (coming soon)
Locations
I’m open to shooting at any location you have in mind. I offer a service radius of 30–45 miles. Locations beyond that range may require an additional travel fee, which will be clearly discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking so there are no surprises.
My goal is to make sure we pick a location that fits your vision while keeping everything clear and comfortable for both of us.
Client Conduct & Image Use
Please note that I am not responsible for uncooperative children, family members, partners, pets, or any other participants during your session. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that everyone involved is prepared, cooperative, and ready to begin at the scheduled time. I will always do my best to guide, pose, and create a comfortable environment, but cooperation from all participants is essential for a successful session.
All images created by FramedBySosa are the property of the photographer and are protected. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that FramedBySosa may use selected images from your session for social media, portfolio display, branding, marketing materials, and other promotional purposes.
Clients are welcome to share and post their final images for personal use, but altering, editing, or applying filters to the photos is not permitted, as this changes the integrity of my work.
Final Delivery
All final images will be delivered through an online gallery, along with easy-to-follow instructions on how to download your photos. I cannot stress enough that you download your images rather than screenshot. Your gallery will also include the option to order prints directly through the site for your convenience.
Please note that I am not responsible for the outcome of any prints ordered or purchased through the online gallery. Your online gallery will remain published and accessible for 30 days. It is the client’s responsibility to download all images of their choosing within that time frame. After 30 days, the gallery will be closed and images will no longer be available.
I do not release RAW or unedited photos under any circumstances. As the photographer, I carefully curate and select the best images from each session to reflect my professional standards and your unique story. Only the final, fully edited images included in the package you selected will be delivered. This applies to all sessions, including complimentary sessions, giveaways, or promotional events.
